When visitors request a digital item or make a purchase where payments are available, we receive the contact and transaction details needed to deliver it. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by aly.

We also collect limited device, log, usage, and analytics data so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize aly, publish pages, store and deliver files, authenticate accounts, process transactions, send service messages, prevent abuse, and support users.

Service providers

We use service providers including Stripe for payments, Convex for application data, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudflare for storage, security, analytics, and email delivery. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

When you use AI generation, your prompts and selected reference images are sent to fal and the model providers needed to generate your images or videos.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate aly, when you direct us to, to comply with law, or to protect users and the service.

When you request a creator's digital item, your email address is recorded for that creator. Eligible creators can export the email addresses collected through their products.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account information, remove content, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, tax, or payment obligations.

Children's privacy

aly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
