Terms of Service

Using aly

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account, its activity, and keeping your credentials secure. Sellers must be at least the age of majority where they live.

Your content

You keep ownership of content and files you upload. You give aly a limited license to host, process, display, and deliver them only as needed to operate the service.

You must have the rights to everything you publish or sell and must not upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.

Digital products and sellers

If selling tools are available, you are the seller and merchant responsible for product descriptions, pricing, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable law.

aly may remove products or suspend selling when required for safety, legal compliance, payment risk, or violations of these terms.

Payments and payouts

Payments and seller onboarding are processed by Stripe. Your use of those features is also subject to Stripe's connected-account terms. Fees, payout timing, reserves, refunds, and disputes may depend on Stripe and your account status.

aly will disclose any platform fee before a transaction. Stripe may delay or restrict payouts where required to handle refunds, disputes, fraud, or legal obligations.

Purchases and refunds

Digital products may be delivered immediately and may not be returnable after access. Sellers must clearly state their refund policy, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Buyers should contact the seller first. aly may assist with delivery or platform issues but is not the seller unless a checkout clearly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape or overload systems, impersonate others, distribute malware, evade limits, or use aly for unlawful or prohibited goods.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk. You may stop using aly at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

aly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

To the extent permitted by law, aly's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid aly during the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new date here and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Use the contact link below for questions.
